Wild quinine, Parthenium integrifolium.
This plant is another member of the sunflower family. It was used by early settlers
as a substitute for quinine. A focal length of 400 mm and a wide aperture was
used for this shot to keep the plant in sharp focus while letting everything else
go out of focus. |
